Blackberries was introduced to the game on September 13, 2010. This crop is unlocked at level 31, and costs 180 c per plant. Each plot that is seeded gives 2 xp, and it takes 18 hours to mature. Upon harvest, it gives 4 xp and 10 Blackberries. Each blackberry is worth 25 c, making the average harvest value 250 c. This crop can be upgraded to the first star after harvesting 116 plots, upgraded to the second star after harvesting 350 plots, and upgraded to the third star after harvesting 700 plots. The coin bonus for each excellent plot harvested is an additional 110 c. The description reads "When Raspberries and Strawberries just aren't cutting it.".
