When first released this item can only be found randomly in the Jungle Mystery Crate. It was re-released for 450 MC from January 8-23, 2011. The description read "It's the pillar of the jungle community..." When clicked the leaves move and then a tiger peeks around the pillar.
It cannot be sold, although if players do not want it on their island, they can simply pick it up with the Move Tool and drop it into their Inventory.
